Disability, Autism, and Inclusive Education

On March 7, 2025, Mofijul Islam, Executive Director of Moonflower Autism Foundation, had the opportunity to provide training on “Disability, Autism, and Inclusive Education” at the Institute of Education and Research, University of Dhaka. This specialized training was designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of teachers in addressing disabilities, autism, and inclusive education. The session proved to be highly effective, focusing on the importance of tolerance, equal rights, and inclusion within the educational system. Emphasis was placed on using appropriate methods for students with special needs and understanding the significance of empathy toward them. Gratitude was expressed to the Institute of Education and Research at the University of Dhaka for offering the opportunity to conduct this valuable training, as well as to all participants for their sincere cooperation and enthusiasm.
