    • Over 20 years of leadership experience at SWAC, working with children, adolescents, and adults with autism.
    • Organizer and speaker at numerous national workshops and awareness programs across Bangladesh, including in:
      • Rajshahi, Bogura, Pabna, Sylhet, Chattogram, Rangamati, Bandarban, and Khulna
      • Renowned institutions such as University of Dhaka, BUET, National Institute of Mental Health, Eden Mohila College, and the Institute of Child Health
    • Convener of the South Asian Regional Conference on Autism, the first of its kind in Bangladesh.
    • Represented Bangladesh at international conferences in Pakistan and Qatar.
    • Observed autism programs in the USA, UK, Finland, Qatar, and Australia.
