Professor Syeda Monjuara Sultana serves as the Vice Chairman (Voluntary Service) and Founder Parent Member of Moonflower Autism Foundation. A dedicated educationist and advocate, she is the Principal of Lalbagh Government Model School & College, Dhaka, former Professor of Zoology at Eden Mohila College.

As the proud mother of a 28-year-old son with autism, Professor Sultana’s personal journey has inspired her lifelong commitment to promoting autism awareness, inclusive education, and community empowerment. Since 2004, she has actively participated in national and international trainings, workshops, seminars, and conferences on autism, contributing to the professional development of educators and caregivers across Bangladesh.

Her leadership reflects a strong belief in inclusion, empathy, and equal opportunities for individuals with autism, making her an integral part of Moonflower Autism Foundation’s mission to build an inclusive and compassionate society.
